What Does the Bible Say About Jesus Christ?

Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I shall say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’  Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’  What shall I say to them?”  And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, “I AM has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:13-14).

I [Jesus] said therefore to you, that you shall die in your sins; for unless you believe that I AM, you shall die in your sins. (John 8:24).

Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12).

I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me shall live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die. (John 11:25-26).

I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me. (John 14:6).
